Online Productivity Tools

The world is constantly changing and it is very expensive to keep updated with the new applications, such as Microsoft Office. For example, just trying Google Calendar, I noticed many advantages over the Microsoft Outlook Calendar. The Google Calendar can be accessed throughout the world without any cost. The other major advantage of Google Calendar was that it automatically connects to Google Maps in order to provide directions to your destination. With just one application, I noticed why people would replace expensive softwares with free online tools.

  1. If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this web-application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.
